This website is operated by Theresa Nichols (“Trinie”), a Texas real estate sales agent sponsored by Texan Vista Realty. This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form or ask about a listing, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), your message, and which listing you asked about. We don’t ask for financial or other sensitive information through this site.

When you book a call or meeting, we also collect the time you pick and anything you add as a note. The booking is added to Trinie’s Google Calendar, Google emails you the calendar invitation (with a Google Meet link for video calls), and we may email you a reminder the day before.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to follow up about the real estate services you asked about. Replies come from Trinie’s business email.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. It is stored and handled only by the services that run this site (Railway for hosting, Supabase for the database, and Google Workspace for email), and shared otherwise only if you ask us to (for example, as part of a transaction through Texan Vista Realty) or if the law requires it.

Cookies

The public site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember whether you chose the light or dark theme. The private staff portal uses sign-in cookies to keep authorized users logged in.

Signing in with Google

People given access to the staff portal can sign in with their Google account. When they do, we receive their name, email address and profile picture from Google, and use them only to confirm who they are and whether they have access.
